All referrable applicants are required to take an annual 10-panel DOT drug test and are subject to random drug testing at any time.
Certified
All referrable applicants have proof of welding certification with a recognized contractor, and certification is available upon demand.
Safety Trained
All applicants have been OSHA 10 & 30 certified and can present certification upon demand.
Highly Skilled
Workers are trained in fall protection, scaffold use and erection, rigging certified, torch/oxy-fuel burning capable, JLG qualified and willing to work hard to complete the job on-time.
Plus, our management-labor cooperation through an award-winning tripartite alliance brings together owners, contractors and labor to solve industry challenges, with 17 programs to promote safety, skills development, leadership and other essential qualifications. We believe that partnership leads to success for all three. Our newest program establishes a code of conduct that has been hailed as the best in the industry.
